The latest releases 13.6, 14.0, 14.1, 14.2 see the introduction of new interesting features that mark a significant increase in the performance level of all the solutions of the ZenShare Suite.
The 14.0 release with which ZenOrders was released undoubtedly deserves particular attention. This is a new module, integrated in ZenCRM (Customer Relationship Management solution) dedicated to the management of orders from public bodies of the National Health Service through NSO (Public Administration Orders Sorting Node) and PEPPOL network (Pan-European Public Procurement On- Line).
ZenOrders has added a new fundamental asset to the already present Lead-To-Cash management managed by ZenCRM, thus also offering the possibility to manage in an integrated way the entire phase relating to purchase and sale orders in electronic format, in accordance with the provisions of the new Italian legislation on public procurement.
For this purpose, we remind you that Interzen is accredited by the NSO of the PA and has obtained the qualification of Peppol Service Provider Access Point, at European level, for the receipt and dispatch of orders in electronic format.
From a more strictly functional point of view, ZenOrders allows you to:
– create a new order (for a private customer or a public body) by entering the header data and selecting the products from the catalog:
– generate the relative XML file;
– in the case of an order from a public body of the SSN, forward the order to the Order Sorting Node, after the appropriate compliance checks;
– manage different types of orders (Simple, Complete and Pre-agreed in the case of the Public Administration);
– archive, in addition to the order, all communications between the supplier and the end customer;
– view and monitor in real time, through special dashboards, the status of all orders received.
Also noteworthy are the improvements and innovations that have affected the other solutions of the ZenShare Suite.
We list the most relevant below, but remember that it is possible to consult in more detail all the updates made to ZenShare Suite by visiting our page dedicated to the latest releases.
