Among the factors that make ZenShare Suite a highly integrated system, increasingly appreciated and able to keep up with the challenges of the market, there are certainly the passion for innovation, the desire to perceive the stimuli of change, but above all there is a commitment in building a relationship of trust and great synergy with our customers, both historical and new generation.
The desire for a proactive approach, which acted as a driving force for the search for new solutions and for the improvement of those already in existence, has allowed us, over the years, to make continuous improvements to the various solutions that make up the Suite.
About 50 releases in less than 2 years are proof of a tireless commitment in developing new ideas aimed at meeting new needs.
All the news are published periodically on an ad hoc page of our site zenshare.it dedicated precisely to the latest release, from which it is possible to consult all the updates made to ZenShare Suite from the simplest to the most significant, from the most recent to those most distant in time.
The latest changes in release 12.3 concern all the solutions of the Suite across the board:
in ZenDMS the graphic aspect of some Workflow screens has been improved.
ZenCRM has now new features that make the Automatic Quotation Configuration Module (CPQ) and the Contact Management area more agile.
More noumerous the interventions in the project management area (ZenProject), which concerned in particular:
-order management and task management, improved in usability and intuitiveness,
-the GANTT area,
–the Human Resources Module, with the inclusion of a direct link for the approval of the holidays, and finally,
-the management of Purchase Requests, among which it is now easier to navigate, thanks to the new distinction introduced between the purchase requests which have still not been delivered and those ones already closed.
The Electronic Invoicing area also has significantly improved the graphical interface of the accounts payable, with particular attention paid to the display of amounts.
