Interzen Consulting and Toshiba, the international giant of multifunction systems for printing, scanning and managing digital documents, have signed an Interzen certified green technology business partnership agreement.
This is Interzen’s Information Management System integrated with Toshiba’s Green Multifunction technology, unique in the world, for the recording of paper / digital documents and their subsequent safe archiving. Thanks to this agreement, signed by the two Presidents and Managing Directors, Dr. Carlo Guarino from Interzen and Dr. Cristian Zanardo from Toshiba, Interzen expands its offer in the field of Office Automation systems (MFP and Barcode Printers) and Toshiba expands its portfolio being able to offer innovative cloud systems for advanced document management and the IT protocol.
How does it work?
1. The paper document is initially registered by ZenShare.
2. The Toshiba thermal printer produces the barcode to be applied to the document.
3. In turn, the document is scanned with the Toshiba hybrid multifunction printer and then archived in digital format along with the initial protocol registration.
4. The registered practice can be sorted and processed by other users, or be researched over time.
The green revolution of this system is represented by the possibility of printing the drafts of the practice in erasable blue and of reusing the sheets of paper until the final print with the traditional black toner. The customer receipt can be printed in blue or in traditional black.
Toshiba.ZenShare allows to:
• manage also the so-called “hybrid” digital document flows or all those flows in which the document is born on paper and turns into digital or vice versa
• register documents such as e-mail, PEC, Microsoft Office files, Adobe PDF or other digital formats.
