The innovations introduced by the ZenShare Suite testify and bear the evident fruits of a strong acceleration obtained over the last few months in terms of innovation and technological efficiency thanks above all to the important investment made in terms of training and research, aimed at achieving of ever higher standards of service.
For example, the presence of ZenShare Suite Cloud on the Microsoft Azure platform goes in this direction: the cloud computing platform created by Microsoft on a worldwide basis to create, distribute and manage cloud services and solutions with excellent levels of scalability, performance and continuity of business.
In this scenario, the release of the microservice (ZenReceiver) aimed at receiving electronic orders from NSO (Order Sorting Node) deserves particular mention.
The release of the microservice concerned precisely:
Zen e-Orders,
the integrated management solution for electronic orders, by public bodies of the National Health Service through NSO and the PEPPOL network (Pan-European Public Procurement On-Line).
For completeness, and again with reference to Zen e-Orders, order normalization functions have been added, and the XML format for NSO / Peppol completed, as well as other functional interventions on the three types of orders involved: simple order, pre- agreed order and complete order.
With a view to an increasingly efficient use also through the use of a more intuitive interface, we report at the level of
ZenProject,
the project management solution of the ZenShare Suite, the creation of a kanban board on project tasks.
It is a sort of virtual bulletin board that provides the user with a visual representation of the activities and makes it easier to monitor the progress of the tasks and to have a more immediate picture of what remains to be done; and what could reduce productivity.
Below we list some of the other innovations that have affected the Suite and its Solutions at various levels. We would also like to remind you that it is possible to consult in more detail all the updates made to ZenShare Suite over time by visiting our page dedicated to the topic.
ZenCRM
( Solution of Customer Relationship Management)
The ZenCRM agenda is now equipped with a new procedure for saving new commitments on Baikal and has been improved both in the interface and in some features such as the possibility of obtaining a massive cancellation of events.

The Sales Area, in addition to having been affected by the resolution of some bugs, saw the introduction of a new management of the phase of closing a contract.

( Solution of Document Management System)
The interventions and improvements carried out by ZenDMS are also significant. In particular, the monitoring of Google email boxes (Gmail) with the new Oauth format and 2-factor authentication was verified and certified for ZenDMS and the entire Suite; as Google no longer accepts basic authentication.
The Repository now has a new document browsing layout and a new tree view user interface.
In the Workflow area, a new document approval layout has been introduced that allows you to sign the document in PDF format for those approving users, who usually affix a type signature as a ‘manager’.
A new parameter has been introduced on the Document Registration System to manage uniqueness in the recipients’ data or an alert in the event of duplicate data.

(Solution of e-Invoicing)
Important news also for Electronic Invoicing:
– new search filters have been introduced for both accounts receivable and accounts payable;
– the management of multiple exports and the publication of attachments to the invoices has been implemented;
– it is now possible to print both accounts receivable in PDF format (in ministerial format with the indication in the header of the XML file name and the SDI identification), and accountspayable in the AssoSoftware format.
