ZenDMS Document Registration System, is the Document Management System solution that is part of the broader suite of solutions, ZenShare Suite for the automation of business processes; in its specific edition for the registration of documents (Protocol Edition) has met the needs of registering and archiving all incoming and outgoing documents by streamlining, simplifying a process which, given the considerable amount of documentation to be registered, classified, sorted and archived, was requiring an increasing processing time and a strong commitment by operators.
More specifically, ZenDMS Document Registration System which – we recall – is an Agid certified solution and therefore appears in the catalog of qualified Cloud services for the Public Administration, has allowed SaluteMia to easily registering emails and certified mails, both incoming and outgoing, thanks to an articulated but very easy to use system. The choice of ZenDMS has allowed SaluteMia to make a significant leap in quality by radically transforming and innovating an outdated document registration process.
The possibility of a timely organization and classification of documents in a special holder has made it possible to meet the need for systematic and reliable archiving over time, facilitating the search and consultation of the documents themselves.
In this regard, it should also be noted that the ZenShare Cloud Suite, of which ZenDMS is part together with other integrated solutions, is provided through the Microsoft Azure Cloud Service Provider, the cloud computing platform created by Microsoft on a worldwide basis to create, distribute and manage cloud services and solutions aiming at excellent levels of scalability, performance, business continuity and IT security.
