Problem:
the marketing area was experiencing problems in managing relationships with potential and / or already acquired donors, it suffered from the lack of a tool that was able to properly classify the varied type of contacts and manage marketing campaigns more efficiently. The management of relations with donors and volunteers was difficult and fragmented.
Need:
There was a twofold need for a tool that went beyond the objective limits of obsolete methods of registration of names and was able to manage both the activities of the marketing area and the relationships with the available contacts in an effective and at the same time simple way. .
Objectives:
– obtain an optimal management of contacts;
– achieve complete tracking of donation opportunities;
– improve communication with recurring donors, volunteers and potential new donors, making it more targeted and therefore more effective.
Implemented solution: ZenCRM Pro Edition, the Customer Relationship Management solution of the Zenshare Suite specific for the management of the marketing activities process, was able to offer the Banco Alimentare dell’Abruzzo a valid answer to all the expressed needs.
