Along with Casal Thaulero, other prestigious and award-winning wine cellar that holds the record in Abruzzo for first having bottled DOC wines , Citra Wines has chosen ZenCRM as its Customer Relationship Management, with a view to a policy of continuous improvement of the performances for the management of prospects and customers.
In particular, ZenCRM offered the opportunity to define more efficiently the daily business activities, along with the prospect of being able to define strategies for medium and long term.
