Latest Release 16.4.0 – New features for ZenCRM and ZenDMS.

Latest Release – Interzen releases update 16.4.0

Interzen Consulting has launched version 16.4.0 of its platforms ZenCRM e ZenDMS, implementing new features that enhance the user experience and optimize information and business relationship management activities.
This update introduces innovative tools to facilitate workflows and increase operational efficiency, specifically addressing the needs of customization, IT protocol management and communication automation.

Enhancements in ZenCRM: Focus on Marketing and Opportunity Management.

ZenCRM is enriched with new features that simplify the creation of personalized e-mails and improve the management of indirect customers:

  1. BeeFree Module: in the Marketing area, a visual template builder, BeeFree, has been included to facilitate sending individual e-mails directly from lead and contact master sheets. This tool allows you to quickly create professional e-mails, improving the effectiveness of e-mail marketing campaigns with an optimized and intuitive user experience.
  2. New End Customer field: in the Opportunities, Contracts and Orders area, the introduction of the “End Customer” field improves the management of indirect customers, allowing a clearer and more detailed view of business flows.

ZenCRM is the ideal ally for B2B companies working with partners or resellers, ensuring effective tracking and optimized relationship management. These updates enhance ZenCRM as an even more flexible and powerful tool for managing not only customer relationships, but also the entire sales cycle.

Improvements in ZenDMS: Greater control and traceability in document management

  1. ZenDMS, the document management system in the ZenShare Suite, has been enhanced with several new features that offer greater control over IT protocols and simplify document organization and access.

2. User permissions to cancel protocols: in the IT Protocol area, a new user permission has been introduced that allows users to cancel only their own protocols, ensuring greater control and transparency. Upon cancellation, ZenDMS sends an e-mail notification to all users involved, automatically updating them on protocol cancellation and sorting.

3. New icons and notifications on Home Page: on the home page, two new icons have been added to simplify daily management:
– My Unprocessed Protocols: displays a list of protocols registered by the user accessing the platform, but not yet processed by other users or offices.
– My PECs sent in error: highlights all PECs sent by the user that have encountered errors, allowing quick action to be taken to fix the problem. Once picked up, these PECs will no longer be flagged on the home page.

4. Rejected sort notifications: in the Sort area, if a sort is rejected, a notification is sent to the user who originally sorted the document.

    ZenCRM and ZenDMS update 16.4.0 introduces significant new features that improve business process management, effective communications and information accessibility.
